Dare Power to build aluminum sheet and strip and battery foil project

Dare Power Dekor Home Co., Ltd. plans to invest around RMB2.14 billion (USD301 million) to build a project with an annual production capacity of 120,000t of aluminum sheet and strip with a minimum thickness of 0.5mm and 40,000t of battery foil in Baise, Guangxi. Construction of the project is expected to take 20 months.
With a planned area of around 300Mu (20 hectares), the project consists of two phases. The first phase will add production capacity of 120,000tpa of aluminum sheet and strip with thickness of no less than 0.5mm and would commence production in 2024. Phase two will add production capacity of 40,000t of aluminum foil for battery and is expected to go into operation in 2025.
