Ji'an Taiwei puts second silicon metal production line into operation

Ji'an Taiwei New Material Co., Ltd. has put the second production line at its 30,000tpa industrial silicon project into operation after eight months of construction.
The second production line is located in Yulin, Ji'an, covering an area of nearly 8,000 square meters. With a total investment of RMB50 million (USD6.97 million), the project uses advanced technology and process to increase production capacity and efficiency while reducing costs and making it eco-friendly. When fully operational, the production line would produce 10,000tpa of industrial silicon and achieve annual production value of RMB200 million (USD27.90 million), along with tax revenue of RMB15 million (USD2.09 million), helping create 70 local jobs.
