Qingyun Metal begins secondary aluminum ingot and bar production

Quanzhou Qingyun Metal Technology Co., Ltd. went into operation on October 16. It is the first secondary aluminum smelting and casting company commencing production at Haixi Nonferrous Metals Centralized Management Zone in Fujian.
The company uses recycled aluminum as the main raw material and natural gas as the fuel to produce aluminum alloy ingot and bar, with an annual production capacity of around 15,000t of aluminum ingot, 5,000t of Cu-Al alloy bar and aluminum casting. When fully operational, the project is expected to achieve annual production value of nearly RMB320 million (USD43.82 million).
