Xinlong Mining, a subsidiary of Hunan Gold, suspended production on July 19 after a roof collapse killed one worker of the project contractor for underground mining. The resumption date is unclear at the moment.
In 2022, Xinlong Mining produced 493kg of gold and 6,050t of antimony. In the first three months of 2023, the company produced 118kg of gold and 1,445t of antimony.
