China has replaced Russia as the largest source of copper stocks in London Metal Exchange (LME) with the stocks of copper originated from the country in LME registered warehouses increasing from 15,575t in March to 26,675t in April, according to data released by LME.
In April, copper stocks originated from Russia in LME registered warehouses recorded 23,200t, slightly higher than 22,275t in March.
