Shaanxi Energy gets approval for 30Mtpy raw coal capacity

Shaanxi Energy recently disclosed that it has got approval for raw coal capacity of up to 30 million tonnes per year (Mtpy), with 22Mtpy already came online or about to come on stream and 8Mtpy currently under construction. The company is committed to grow into an integrated coal power enterprise and expects to further reduce external sales of coal products after its Qingshuichuan power plant (phase three) and Zhaoshipan coal mine become operational and following internal changes to thermal coal supply.
