Zhongfu Industry starts construction of 500000tpy secondary aluminum project

On April 12, the secondary aluminum project with annual output of 500,000t and the intelligent technical transformation project of carbon energy saving and consumption reduction of Zhongfu Industry officially started construction in Yulian Industrial Park.
The total investment of the two projects is nearly 1 billion yuan (146 million US dollars). After the completion of the secondary aluminum project, the company will further expand the diversified low-carbon layout of aluminum industry, improve the core competitiveness and market share of aluminum deep processing products. After the carbon energy conservation and consumption reduction project is transformed, the comprehensive energy consumption will be reduced by 30% compared with that before the transformation, more than 30,000t of standard coal will be saved annually, and pollutant emissions will be reduced by 10%.
