Innovation New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. announced on April 4 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Yunnan Innovation Alloy Co., Ltd. signed a joint venture contract with Granges on March 31, 2023. Yunnan Innovation Alloy and Granges will increase the registered capital of Yunnan Chuangge New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. to 300 million yuan (43.62 million US dollars) and will hold 51% and 49% of the shares of Yunnan Chuangge New Materials after the capital increase is completed. Both parties will jointly manage and operate Yunnan Chuangge New Materials, and build a lightweight aluminum alloy material project with an annual output of 320,000 tons for new energy vehicles (NEVs).
