WBMS: Global zinc market sees supply surplus of 214.5kt in Jan-Nov 2022

According to the latest report released by the World Bureau of Metals Statistics (WBMS), the global refined zinc market saw supply surplus of 214,469t from January to November 2022, while the global refined zinc output recorded 12,660,485t and the consumption posted 12,446,016t. From January to November 2021, the global refined zinc market was in short supply of 129,378t, and the market saw a supply shortage of 94,883t in 2021.
In November 2022, the global refined zinc output reported 1,181,562t, while the consumption reached 1,221,658t.
