Hanrui Cobalt to raise no more than RMB5 billion to build 60,000-metal-ton nickel high-pressure leaching project

Hanrui Cobalt announced on February 10 that it proposed to raise no more than RMB5 billion (USD735 million) and the raised funds of this issue would be used for 60,000-metal-ton nickel high-pressure leaching project after deducting the issue costs. The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Hanrui Cobalt (Hong Kong) Investment Co., Ltd., plans to sign a Joint Venture Agreement with Huaxin Investment Co., Ltd. Both parties agree to register a joint venture in the industrial park in Morowali County, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, and the joint venture company is responsible for the construction and operation of the cooperative project.
