Hoshion to increase capital of Cyma Precision Aluminum by 165 million yuan

Hoshion announced on February 7 that the company plans to increase the capital of Cyma Precision Aluminum Co., Ltd. by 165 million yuan (24.34 million US dollars) with its own funds. After the capital increase, the shareholding ratio of the company will increase to 90.095%. The company said that the increased capital for Cyma Precision Aluminum is planned to expand the production capacity of extrusion profile and deep-processing components of new energy vehicles, and increase the matching supply of Jiangsu Hoshion New Energy Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and Anhui Hoshion New Energy Auto Parts Co., Ltd., two wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company.
