LONGi to develop 100GW monocrystalline silicon wafer and 50GW monocrystalline cell project

LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (LONGi) announced on January 17 that the company signed an investment cooperation agreement with the Development and Construction Management Committee of Xixian New Area of Shaanxi and the Management Council of Jinghe New Town of Xixian New Area of Shaanxi on January 17, 2023, to reach cooperation on construction of a 100GW monocrystalline silicon wafer and 50GW monocrystalline cell project in Xixian New Area. The project, located in the Jinghe New Town, is invested with about RMB45.2 billion (USD6.67 billion) in total as planned.
