On January 10, Zhongxin Jinshan Modern Industrial Park located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province signed an agreement with Hong Kong Eneriest Holdings Group Limited on the Thermokon Technology semi-conductor silicon-base material production and research base project.
With a total investment of USD100 million, the project will have an annual production capacity of 600,000 pieces of silicon chip, 200,000 units of silicon target, and 1 million units of photomask quartz plate.
