In accordance with relevant guidelines and implementation measures issued by the State Council, the capacity transfer scheme drawn up by Shiyan Fuyan Steel Co., Ltd. was released by the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province on January 5th and the publicity period will last till February 6th.
According to the scheme, Fuyan Steel plans to transfer its steelmaking capacity of 600,000tpy to Huangshi Xingang Heavy Industry Technology Co., Ltd.
