CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel product output records 1.98 million tons in late Dec 2022

According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), major steel mills' steel product output in China totaled about 21.77 million tons in the last ten-day period of December 2022, and the average daily output was around 1.98 million tons during this period, up by 3.30% from that in the second ten-day period of the month.
In the last ten-day period of December 2022, China's major steel mills held about 13.06 million tons of steel product, declining by about 2.93 million tons or 18.35% from the second ten-day period of the month.
