Jiangsu New Technology announced on December 20 that Jiangsu Maier Auto Parts Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the Investment Agreement - Maier Auto Parts Phase IV Project and other relevant agreements with the management committee of Huaian High-tech Industrial Development Zone on December 19. A total of 168 million yuan (24.11 million US dollars) of planned investment will be used for the production expansion of the fourth phase of Jiangsu Maier project. With the completion of the production expansion, the machining capacity and storage capacity of aluminum casting parts of the company will be increased.
