On November 22, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held in Sanggau County, Indonesia for the BJM alumina general contract project with annual output of 2 million tons undertaken by Harcan Engineering Co., Ltd. As the general contractor of the project, Harcan Engineering Co., Ltd. is responsible for the design, purchase, construction, commissioning and trial operation of the project.
