Recently, the Implementation Plan on Carbon Peak for Guizhou released by the government of Guizhou mentioned that the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption should increase to about 20% and strive to reach 21
The plan proposes to promote substitution, transition and upgrading of coal consumption, and predicts that the proportion of installed coal power capacity should decrease to about 42% by 2025 and go down further by 2030.
