Ronbay Technology and Ningbo Lygen Resources sign long-term purchase agreement on nickel and cobalt

On November 22, Ronbay Technology announced that it signed a long-term purchase agreement with Ningbo Lygen Resources. According to the agreement, from November 2022 to December 2026, Ningbo Lygen Resources will be the core supplier of MHP and nickel sulfate to Ronbay Technology with the annual supply of battery nickel-cobalt products (MHP or nickel sulfate/cobalt sulfate) to be 20% of its annual total sales, and purchasing prices will be based upon the pricing mechanism agreed by the two sides.
