Mingtai Aluminum's aluminum plate, stripe and foil sales down by 7% YoY in Oct

Mingtai Aluminum announced on November 4 that in October, the company's output of aluminum plate, stripe and foil totaled 85,800t, down by 11% year on year, and the corresponding sales volume amounted to 86,300t, a year-on-year decrease of 7%. Its aluminum profile production recorded 110 thousand tons, down by 27% in comparison with the prior comparative period, and the shipments reached 130 thousand tons, up by 8% year on year.
From January to October, the company produced about 989.9 thousand tons of aluminum plate, stripe and foil, 3% higher than a year earlier, and meanwhile, the sales went up by 2% year on year to 976.9 thousand tons. Its aluminum profile output increased by 33% to 18.4 thousand tons and the sales went up by 50% to 17.8 thousand tons, both on a year-on-year basis.
