Leary signs strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sunho Group

Leary announced on November 3 that the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sunho Group. Foshan Dawei Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, regards Shenlong Baoding New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sunho Group, as the main supplier of battery foil, and gradually expands the purchase volume of battery foil. Shenlong Baoding guarantees the stable supply of demand for battery foil of Dawei Technology. Both parties jointly set up a project company to operate carbon coated foil, and plan to build the carbon coated foil production line with an annual output of 60,000 tons in the next 3-5 years, with an estimated investment amount of RMB400 million (USD54.96 million) to RMB600 million (USD82.44 million); the carbon coated foil production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons will be constructed in the early stage, and the plant construction is planned to be completed before June 2023; Shenlong Baoding provides battery foil raw material for the project company.
