Risen Energy to raise no more than RMB5 billion for heterojunction cell and high-efficiency module projects

On September 19, Risen Energy announced that the company received the "Approval for Registration of Shares Issued by Risen Energy Co., Ltd. to Specific Objects" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 19, 2022. The company plans to issue no more than 270 million shares, and the total amount of funds raised will be no more than RMB5 billion (USD714 million). After deducting the issuance costs, the proceeds are planned to be used for 5GWN ultra-low-carbon high-efficiency heterojunction cell and 10GW high-efficiency solar module projects, global high-efficiency photovoltaic R&D center project as well as the supplementing of working capital.
