According to the latest data released by the General Administration of Customs (GACC), in August 2022, China exported 540,400t of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products, up by 10.2% YoY. In the first eight months of this year, China's exports of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products totaled about 4.7 million tons, up by 31.5% YoY.
In August, China imported 200,400t of unwrought aluminum and aluminum products, down by 19.0% YoY. From January to August, China's imports of the materials totaled about 1.48 million tons, down by 27.0% YoY.
