On August 31, the groundbreaking ceremony of high-end intelligent power module manufacturing and power chip R&D project was held in Qingdao Integrated Circuit Industrial Park, which is located in the Sino-German Ecological Park, Qingdao Free Trade Zone.
The project covers an area of 7.08 acres with a total construction area of about 73,300 square meters. After the completion of the project, it will achieve a monthly production of 5 million of intelligent power module products, stably supplying high-end power modules for the new energy and home appliance fields.
