On September 2, GalaxyCore announced that the BSI production line of its 12-inch CIS integrated circuit technology development and industrialization project successfully produced first batch of round silicon wafer products, with the qualification rate reaching 95%. This means that the BSI production line is ready for large-scale mass production.
