Chongqing Dongpan Carbon Material puts prebaked anode project (phase I) into operation

On August 19, the commencement ceremony of Chongqing Dongpan Carbon Material project was held in Qingxi County, Fuling District, marking that the first phase of the project was officially put into operation. 110,000 tons of prebaked anode might be produced annually by 2023.
Located in Qinglong Village, Qingxi County, Fuling District, the project is a key investment promotion project of the county in 2022. The project is planned to be built in three phases. The first phase is put into operation now, and the second and third phases will build a new energy anode material project with an annual production capacity of 200,000t respectively before 2024 and 2026 and generate a total output value of about 5 billion yuan (729 million US dollars).
