Daqo New Energy raises annual polysilicon production forecast for 2022

On August 3, Daqo New Energy issued its semi-annual production report for the first half of 2022. From January to June, the company, with an annual production capacity of 105,000t, produced around 66,700t of polysilicon, accounting for 18.3% of China's total output of about 365,000t.
The company plans to conduct routine annual maintenance in the second half of the year to guarantee production safety and stability, and expects an output of 31,000-32,000 tons in the third quarter. Encouraged by the excellent production performance in the first half, Daqo New Energy decides to upgrade its annual production forecast for 2022 to 129,000-132,000 tons.
