NDRC carries out inspections on implementation of coal price restriction policy

Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission of China (NDRC) together with local market administrations carried out inspections on implementation of coal price restriction policy and found that some enterprises' coal selling prices were beyond reasonable ranges.
The coal price inspections are still ongoing now. NDRC revealed that it and related local government departments will further advance the inspections, and will report to the public, once found, any cases of dramatically lifting coal prices with ill intentions to beyond reasonable ranges and put involved personnel to take legal liabilities.
