GoodWe announced on June 17th that it will raise no more than RMB2.54 billion through private placement and all the funds, after the deduction of issuance fees, will be used to build its 20GWpy grid connected inverter & 2.7GWH energy-storage battery production base project and 20GWpy grid connected energy-storage inverter & 1.8GWHpy energy-storage battery production base and supplement working capitals.
