India not to impose countervailing measures on aluminium primary foundry alloy ingot indifferent forms from Malaysia

On May 23, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that, after receiving the office memorandum issued by the Ministry of Finance on the same day, the Ministry of Finance did not accept the final result of countervailing ruling made on January 31, 2022 for aluminium primary foundry alloy ingot indifferent forms originating in or imported from Malaysia, and it decided not to impose countervailing duties on the products involved from Malaysia.
