NDRC: Inflating coal sales price through related parties deemed price gouging

National Development and Reform Commission specified on May 23 that coal producers shall not inflate sales price by selling to its related parties who then bid up coal sales to unreasonable level, as such practice is deemed price gouging in an announcement recently released by the state planner.
