Shenhuo Coal & Power announced on March 21 that from February 2, 2022, China Southern Power Grid implemented an orderly restoration of power supply to primary aluminum enterprises in Yunnan Province and the total power supply and consumption load of the company's holding subsidiary Yunnan Shenhuo Aluminum Co., Ltd. increased significantly. The original production capacity of 220,000 tons was started successively, which greatly improved the production efficiency.
As the power supply became sufficient, the remaining 150,000 tons of production capacity of Yunnan Shenhuo that has been built but has not been started was also powered on and started recently.
