Alphamin Resources reports 13% QoQ rise in 2021 Q4 tin sales

Mauritius-based Alphamin Resources, a producer of 4% of the world's mined tin from its high-grade operation in DRC, announced on March 7 that it achieved record Q4 2021 production.
The company reported that its contained tin production was up 10% in Q4 2021 from the prior quarter at 3,114 tonnes, while contained tin sales were up 13% from the prior quarter at 3,056 tonnes.
Alphamin added that improved underground mining practices relating to stope planning, delineation and blasting resulted in better grade control with an average tin grade of 3.8% processed during the five months ended December 2021.
The company's contained tin production and sales guidance for the financial year ending December 2022 is 12,000 tonnes. Actual contained tin production for the financial year ended December 2021 was 10,969 tonnes.
