India terminates anti-dumping measures against China-related cold rolled/cold reduced flat steel products

On January 5, 2022, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India announced that the Tax Bureau of the Ministry of Finance of India did not accept the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's final ruling recommendation of anti-dumping sunset review on September 14, 2021 for cold rolled/cold reduced flat steel products of iron or non-alloy steel, or other alloy steel, of all width and thickness, not clad, plated or coated originating in or imported from China, Japan, South Korea and Ukraine, and it decided not to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the above-mentioned countries.
