WBMS: Global tin market in surplus of 2.1kt in Jan-Oct 2021

The global tin market recorded a surplus of 2,100 in January to October 2021, according to data released by the World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS) on Wednesday. In the first ten months of 2021, global refined tin production increased by 16,000t from the comparable period of last year and the apparent demand rose by 1.7% YOY to 321,200t. In October, global refined tin production recorded 30,100t and consumption was about 29,900t.
