Jiangxi Copper starts foundry project

On December 7, the opening ceremony for the new 220,000tpy continuous casting and rolling copper rod production line and 30,000tpy casting project was held in Shangrao economic and development zone.
The copper rod project mainly produces 60,000 tons of large wires, 60,000 tons of high-end copper rods and 100,000 tons of low-end copper rods. The casting material project mainly produces mining machinery accessories. The two projects are expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2022.
