Ningbo Xushen to raise 1.35 bln yuan for two major aluminum projects

Ningbo Xushen Auto Technology Co., Ltd. announced on July 29 that it plans to issue convertible bonds of up to 1.35 billion yuan (209 million US dollars) to advance its high-performance automotive aluminum alloy parts project and lightweight automotive aluminum profiles precision processing project.
According to the company, these two projects are located at Chaiqiao Lingang New Materials Industry Park in Beilun District. The high-performance automotive aluminum alloy parts project will build new factory and product line to add annual capacity of 2.34 million pieces of NEV drive system shell, 570,000 pieces of NEV battery system part, and 500,000 pieces of NEV body parts.
The lightweight automotive aluminum profiles precision processing project will build new factory and precision processing production line to add annual capacity of 620,000 pieces of NEV drive system shell and 950,000 pieces of NEV battery system part.
