The groundbreaking ceremony for Qinxiu Longwan coal mine and dressing plant project was held on July 8.
The project is located at Qinchi, Yangcheng, with mine field totaling nearly 102 square kilometers and a designed production capacity of 4 million tons per year.
According to schedule, Longwan coal mine will become fully operational by 2016 when higher coal production will ensure stable supply.
