Conch Profile announced that on July 5, 2021, after the deliberation and unanimous approval of the board of directors of the company, it decided to invest in the construction of a 20,000tpy aluminum profile technological transformation project in Chengdu Conch Profile Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The investment in fixed assets is about 110 million yuan (17.02 million US dollars), and the funds required for the project come from its own funds and bank loans.
