Zinc of Ireland to acquire 100% equity in Unconformity Zinc

Australia-based Zinc of Ireland (ZMI) has entered a binding agreement with Unconformity Zinc's shareholders to acquire 100 per cent of the company.
ZMI will pay $25,000 in cash and will issue an initial five million shares in exchange for the company and its Earaheedy tenement in Western Australia. Earaheedy is believed to be prospective for zinc and lead.
To support upcoming exploration, ZMI has launched a placement to raise $1.8 million.
