Kingshine Electronic (Guangdong Kingshine Electronic Technology Company Limited) disclosed a plan for issuing stocks to specific targets. The targets of this issuance are no more than 35 specific investors who meet the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The total amount of funds raised will be no more than RMB1.1 billion (USD170 million). After deducting the issuance cost, it is planned to be used in printed circuit board and semiconductor construction project (Phase II) of Jiangxi Kingshine.
