Ordos' coal sales up by 5% YOY in May

According to the data released by the Ordos Energy Bureau, in May, Ordos sold 56.91 million tons of coal, an increase of 2.71 million tons or 5% year-on-year.
In particular, local coal mines sold 44.01 million tons of coal, a year-on-year increase of 2.95 million tons or 7.2%; National Energy Group sold 12.90 million tons of coal, down by 240,000 tons or 1.8% from the corresponding period last year.
From January to May, Ordos sold 279.68 million tons of coal, a year-on-year increase of 26.76 million tons or 10.6%.
In particular, local coal mines sold 214.35 million tons of coal, up by 20.99 million tons or 10.9% on a year-on-year basis; the National Energy Group sold 65.33 million tons of coal, an increase of 5.77 million tons or 9.7% year-on-year.
