On 2 June, 2021, the Anti-Dumping Commission of Australia released the No. 2021/033 Notice, stating that Minister for Industry, Science and Technology accepted the proposal for anti-dumping final decision made by the Anti-Dumping Commission and decided to impose anti-dumping duties on Milleon Extruder Sdn Bhd, LB Aluminium Sdn Bhd and Kamco Aluminium Sdn Bhd, with the dumping margin of 13
On 24 February, 2020, the Anti-Dumping Commission of Australia announced by No. 2020/018 Notice to launch the anti-dumping investigation against mill finish aluminium extrusions imported from Malaysia in response to the application submitted by an Australian enterprise . The products involved were aluminium extrusions produced via an extrusion process and further processed or fabricated within limits . The goods under consideration did not extend to intermediate or finished products processed or fabricated, such as changing the nature and physical characteristics of an aluminium extrusion and turning it into a different product . The investigation was applicable to Press Metal Sdn Bhd, Milleon Extruder Sdn Bhd, LB Aluminium Sdn Bhd, Kamco Aluminium Sdn Bhd, Superb Aluminium Industries Sdn Bhd and Genesis Aluminium Industries Sdn Bhd . On 29 April, 2021, the Anti-Dumping Commission terminated the anti-dumping investigation on Superb Aluminium Industries Sdn Bhd.
