By then, the number of berths in Chongqing Longtou port will reach five.
According to reports, the whole Longtou Port project is planned to be completed in five phases, with twenty 5,000t berths to be built, and the annual throughput capacity of 30 million tons will be achieved. Berths 7, 8 and 9 of phase I have been completed and put into commercial operation.
