USITC makes final judgment of industrial damage sunset review on steel grating originating from China

On May 7, 2021, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make the second affirmative final judgment of anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of industrial injury on steel grating imported from China: it ruled that if the existing anti-dumping and countervailing measures were cancelled, within a reasonably foreseeable period of time, the substantial damage caused by the import of the products involved in the case to the domestic industry of the United States may continue or recur. In the ruling, all five members of the United States International Trade Commission voted yes. According to the final verdict, the current anti-dumping and countervailing measures in this case continue to be effective.

On January 28, 2021, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it would make the final judgment of the second anti-dumping quick sunset review on steel grating imported from China. On February 9, 2021, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it would make the final decision of the second fast sunset review of countervailing for steel grating imported from China.
