South32's thermal coal sales down by 28% YOY in Jan-Mar

According to the quarterly operation report released by South32, an Australian miner, on April 27, the company sold a total of about 4.19 million tons of thermal coal from January to March, down by 28.1% YOY and 24.2% MOM.
Among them, South Africa's thermal coal sales were about 3.9 million tons, down by 30.6% YOY and 23.9% MOM, and the thermal coal sales of Illawarra were 281,000t, up by 43% YOY while down by 28% MOM.
