The 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Hubei and the Outline of Long-Term Goals for 2035 issued by the People's Government of Hubei a few days ago proposes to make up for shortcomings in energy reserves during the 14th Five-Year Plan period to improve energy operation regulation and risk prevention ability.
In terms of coal, it aims to build a "two lakes and one river" coal logistics hub, build a large coal storage and distribution base focusing on Jiangling, establish a central coal trading center, renovate and expand the existing coal storage sites and facilities of the enterprises, and achieve coal storage capacity of 16 million tons.
