Henan Billions New Material publicizes EIA for its chloride titanium dioxide expansion project

Henan Billions New Material Co., Ltd. conducted the first information publicity on the environmental impact assessment (EIA) of 100,000tpy chloride titanium dioxide capacity expansion project on December 31, 2020.
Public information shows that the project is located in the Western Industrial Park of the Industrial Cluster Area of Jiaozuo City, Henan Province. It will be constructed within the reserved land of the existing factory of Henan Billions New Materials Co., Ltd., and no new industrial land will be acquired. The project, with a total investment of RMB700 million (USD108 million), mainly aims at building a chloride titanium dioxide production line with an annual output of 100,000t, equipped with a high-salt wastewater treatment facility.
