Yangjiang Qiangli to put phase I project into full operation before Spring Festival

A few days ago, the first phase of the 100,000-ton aluminum plate and strip and 20,000-ton composite material project of Yangjiang Qiangli New Material Technology completed the civil engineering. The cold rolling production line has entered the trial production stage, and the equipment of hot rolling production line workshop and smelting and casting workshop is being installed. The phase I project might be fully put into operation before the Spring Festival this year, with an annual production capacity of 50,000t.
According to the relevant person in charge of the project, the project adopts the direct smelting casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and finishing production process of aluminum liquid. All the three workshops will be put into commercial production before the Spring Festival this year. By then, the production lines will run at full capacity 24 hours a day, with uninterrupted production in three shifts, and the annual production capacity will reach 50,000t. The second phase of the project will be launched soon, and wide-width cold rolling mills and other equipment will be added compared with the first phase, expanding the annual production capacity to 100,000t.
