On November 24, HBIS Group Hansteel delivered 400t of non-quenched wear-resistant steel NM450TP with the tensile strength of 1,500MPa to a well-known manufacturing enterprise in Shandong again. The company delivered the first batch of 100t of products developed for this enterprise previously and the enterprise processed these steel products into wagons for load dump trucks with the shape, quality, Brinell hardness and other technological indicators meeting requirements.
This steel type is the highest-strength non-quenched wear-resistant steel used in China, which could reduce the weight of wagons for load dump trucks by one third in total and make the service life 2.5 times longer.
